Symbolically hips have been said to hold all of our emotions/ experiences from the time we entered into this world and took our very first breath. In this special class Jenn will lead you through Pranayama (breathe work) and Vinyasa Flow, with a revealing focus towards the density of your hips. The hips play a vital role in the quality of the breath and you will experience how breath and movement create open space in this area of the body. An area which can often be considered a 'site' for retaining emotional 'baggage'. Our hips can offer insight into the state of our emotional well-being. Happy hips promote a feeling of lightness in the heart and mind!

You will leave feeling peaceful and being more sincerely connected to your mind, body, and spirit.
